Asking for clarification for a friend.  We were talking about this and I wanted to come here for further understanding.

Friend wants to apply for sibling petitions.  two brothers single, one brother married, one sister married.  Can she apply for everyone at the same time and it does not matter her income at this time?  She believes that her income will increase by the time petitions are approved and I-864 will not be a problem.  Is this true?

Sure they can apply for all at same time if they are a US citizen.

Now they know it's  15 years of processing. And their children may age out by then.

I also forgot about her filing for her parents.  so that is 10.  She does make more than 75K a year alone, but does she need to meet the guidelines when she files I-130 for everyone?.  She believes that she does not because it is 15+ years until approval, and she does not need to worry about poverty guidelines until they have been approved.

She can file for EVERY ONE at I-130 stage. Then when it’s time for them to come , a co-sponsor can fill the gap .

Her parents will be IR immediate relatives so they will come as soon USCIS/NVC / Consulate process is complete and even for them the income won’t get looked at till the NVC stage
