State ID or GC.  TSA won't care about the error on your GC.

Should I carry the I90 receipt just in case?

What ID can I use as a conditional permanent resident ? I have a state ID, I also have my green card BUT I was wrongly issued a 10 year which I still have in my possession. I already filed I90 to fix that and am waiting for RFE to send it back. What is the appropriate ID I can use for domestic air travel?

Does anyone have any personal experience?

You can also travel domestically with a valid foreign passport.  No need for anything else most of the time.  Carry the GC and I-90 just in case someone asks about your status in the US.

Carry your gc as per the law.  Present your state ID to TSA.

As the I-90 receipt is a difficult to replace document I would leave it at home locked in your safe.  You can bring a photo copy.  In the unlikely even you encounter BP (likely if of you traveling within 100 mikes of the Mexican border), CBP, or ICE your erroneous gc plus photo copy of your I-90 will get you on your way.
