Just checked my hubby's status, and his I-751 was approved yesterday!

His NOA date was 11/22/06.

There is light at the end of the tunnel for that applied last Nov.!

Our K1 timeline:

08/06/2003 - Posted I-129f to TSC love-smiley-024.gif

08/08/2003 - I129f arrived at TSC

08/11/2003 - NOA1 date (found out from email response)

08/14/2003 - Money Order cashed

10/20/2003 - Finally able to track down receipt date & case number using a TSC email address

11/20/2003 - Received a reply to our inquiry about case # not working on the website (not an NOA)

12/02/2003 - Sent off for UK Police Certificate

12/15/2003 - Had BCIS do an inquiry as to why our receipt number does not work online or the phone system (for the 2nd time)

12/17/2003 - Rec'd Scottish Police Certificate in the post. Still waiting for the UK-wide Certificate

12/23/2003 - Rec'd letter from New Scotland Yard that there is a problem with Scott's records

01/02/2004 - NOA2 online (day 143)

01/07/2004 - NVC received file

01/07/2004 - Applied for South African Police Certificate

01/07/2004 - Sent letter to New Scotland Yard pertaining to problem with UK Police Certificate

01/12/2004 - Receive correct Police Certificate from New Scotland Yard

01/12/2004 - Case forwarded to London Consulate

01/16/2004 - London receives Petition

01/16/2004 - London posts Packet 3 (but we think it was more like the 17th or 20th)

01/24/2004 - Rec'd Packet 3 in our grubby paws :D

02/04/2004 - Received South African Police Certificate

02/04/2004 - Returned Pkt 3 Forms

02/05/2004 - London Rec'd Forms

02/07/2004 - Rec'd Interview letter from Embassy

02/17/2004 - K1 Visa issued!! 190 days from start of process

04/17/2004 - Flying straight into my arms in Louisville, KY

May 8, 2004 - Our wedding in Gatlinburg, TN!!!

06/01/2004 - File I-485 in Louisville, KY USCIS office

06/01/2004 - File I-765 in Louisville, KY USCIS office

06/18/2004 - Biometrics appointment for EAD and AOS

08/04/2004 - EAD Approved online!

08/10/2004 - Received EAD in the mail!

11/19/2004 - Rec'd AOS Interview Appt. Letter

01/11/2005 - AOS Approved!! :D

Sept 21, 2009 - Scheduled for Interview ....Passed the interview test

Oct. 16, 2009 - Oath taking

08/20/09 - Received Interview Appointment Letter

05/17/07 Received NOA1 dated 5/9/07(day 45)

05/18/07 Received ASC Appointment Notice dated 5/14/07 for June 1st (day 46)

06/01/07 Biometric Appointment today @ 2:00 (day 60)

06/03/07 "Touched" (day 62)

10/26/07 "Card Production Ordered" (217 days from the day the application received and 172 days from NOA1)
