I'm filling for my wife who is an Indian citizen, but now a permanent resident of Canada.

Should I write in Hindi her canada address?

Information about beneficiary in their native written language

If the beneficiary's native written language does not use Roman letters, upload a document with his or her name and foreign address in their native written language. If you have a text or word processing document you would like to submit for evidence, send us a PDF version of the file. When saving your file, select PDF as the file type to save.

You write only her NAME in native alphabet.  Her address is in Canada, so not applicable.

Unless she lives in providence of Quebec and then it is French

English and French use the same alphabet.   Hindi uses a different one.

but words like road is route in French

and lane is voie

Doesn't matter in this context.  If it's the ABC's (Roman Alphabet) there is no reason to complete any part of that section.  This is clear from the wording of the question itself.  English is written in full sentences.  Without paying attention to ALL the sentence, it is quite easy to misunderstand.

Get a new attorney.

This is a simple question that any competent attorney would know the answer to.  If an experienced immigration attorney can't answer this, then this person is an idiot.

Your US passport is sufficient to prove US citizenship.   Read the Instructions for Form I-130.  Maybe suggest to your attorney that he reads it too.

I'm requesting someone that has filed the I-130 and became USA Citizen through parents, please only respond if this is your case. And if you were requested for Certificate Of Citizenship.

Thank you

We understand what you are asking for, but there may not be somebody in your situation who will see  your question.  You would be wise to accept and be confident in the answer you are getting from two sources.  1. Me (A person who KNOWS the answer) and 2.  The actual I-130 instructions.
