Questions for I-130 (merged)

I am the petitioner of an I-130 for my wife. 

Questions:

1. It says have you obtained a certificate of Naturalization or Certificate of Citizenship? I was given citizenship by my parents when they obtained. Do i need anything else here? Is just copy of USA Passport sufficient

 

2. For my Spouse, what's her Travel Document Number, she has India visa and never been to USA

 

3. For Embassy or Consulate benefitiary will apply via consular processing. Should we put our current location of Ottawa or the Montreal embassy?

I don't have N600, just my USA Passport as proof. Anyone else have this situation? It does say USA passport is typically sufficient?

Put "N/A", unless she actually does have a travel document like for refugees.

Just say no, to the question about obtaining a certificate.  It's a simple question.  Answer is no.  The question does not imply it is needed.  It is not.  The US Passport is the only evidence  you need of US Citizenship.

I'm filling for my wife who is an Indian citizen, but now a permanent resident of Canada. 

 

Should I write in Hindi her canada address?

I am about to petition for my wife who is in Canada

I have stayed in Canada with her for 3 months each , two times. I work remotely. My address technically is USA. Should we say we lived together? Is Canada added as one of my address in address history?

If it's an address in Canada, no. If it's an address in India, yes.

this was already answered above. If she’s currently living in India, then an Indian address in a Hindu alphabet. If she lives in Canada, her Canadian address using English alphabet.

That sounds like you were visiting her.......you do not have to list visits under your residence addresses.

this was already answered above. If she’s currently living in India, then an Indian address in a Hindu alphabet. If she lives in Canada, her Canadian address using English alphabet. 

Unless she lives in providence of Quebec and then it is French
