Yes, they should send a letter. I believe they still include a copy of your fiancé’s petition just in case he’s not being truthful with you and you need to read he’s been married 3 times and has 4 kids 😂.  Hopefully you know your fiancé better than that and he’s a good guy. You don’t need that petition copy to interview.  It’s just for your information and protection. 
 

Some people have never gotten their letter and they won’t send another even if you email them. You don’t have to have that piece of paper for anything. If you want to wait around for it, you can but you’ve already let 10 days go by when you could have already set up a medical and interview ahead of others who are snapping up dates.

Haha I’m pretty certain he does not have 4 kids. You are totally right. If I knew I would have booked it last week but hey could have been worse. I’ll be calling to book first thing in the morning. Hopefully won’t be too much wait to get the appointment.

Quick update first available appointment for medical was 28th of April. Interview booked for 12th of May🥳

Well you got a lot done today. Be sure you get the immunisations you need BEFORE the medical so they get recorded as complete for AOS.You likely already had 2 MMR. Flu and Varicella can be waived. You maybe need Tetanus/diphtheria since it has to be within the last 10 years. Only 4 shots on the adult list.

 

Let us know when you get your letter of instruction from London to answer the original question.

I sent an email to the embassy last week and got a reply today no instruction email nor letter is needed once the status is ready.
