What is fraud? I didn’t understand. Is it fraud to get marry with an American if you have one? or what is fraud?

Marrying for the purpose of obtaining an immigrant visa is fraud.

If they wanted you to work illegally, then it was not something useful for your field of study. A reputable employer is not risking hiring someone illegally unless is like dishwasher or something like that.

Excellent point.  Any legitimate H1B employer would not ever do this.

No. Fraud, again, is to get married to circumvent immigration law.

OP, if you are in Germany, I suggest the Paris Conservatory, one of the best music schools in the world.  There are also many others throughout Europe you could apply to and attend.

I was 24 when i got a 5 year ban in 2015. Also an F1 but for a less egregious violation. Also in LA funny enough. You can check out my post which details what happened over those 5 years. You will have to wait out the ban. I understand your frustration BUT dont waste any more money on applications or lawyers, i tried all of it, it wont work. Once my 5 years was up I came back and finished my degree and am on OPT. So far i have not had the ban affect my time here in the US. You need to do your best to move on with your life.

One thing ill add is that you are making the same mistake in your post that got you the ban. You want to be in the US no matter what and it sounds like you're willing to break the law to do it. Not a good look.

Best of luck.
