So safe that it is riddled with software bugs.  
 

I send my stuff to USCIS with tracking.  So I am sure it gets there.

Agreed, online is extremely smooth and easy. Highly recommend it, and you don't have to wait for weeks to know if your petition was accepted or not (you can't get it rejected when you file online anyway). 

Good idea to wait a couple of days after the window opens, zero reason to do it on the exact day, you won't become a citizen any faster anyway.

Online i dont have to do copies of each papers, it is easy upload each scan documents
