I was reading about the process and i saw this application at the interview,

do you think if the benefiary is from France and visited the petitionner in US with esta can get it?

Thank you so much

K visa processing is not uniform across consulates, embassies, or countries.  As such it isn’t guaranteed to be uniform within a country, embassy, or consulate.  It isn’t even uniform for a single case: what a beneficiary is told at time T can change at time T+1.

French citizen by birth

or born in another country?

if born in France and has not travel to countries that are considered to have "training camps for terrioism",  than quit worrying

there is enough stress in this process without adding upneeded worry worry worry

to the quesiton  "why?"

something that concerns the CO at the interview

some red flag that perhaps only he knows or from the family background and/or culture

I forgot i saw about background, his father is from Tunisia and he has this citizenship too, it can be fine?

Thank you

There may be some additional scrutiny in that case.

Thank you

Nobody can predict if he’ll get the form. If they feel like he needs to fill one, they’ll issue him one. Don’t see the point of worrying about hypotheticals

they are not reviewing the father

when someone is born in France and has always lived there,  he's good

trying to remember the form and i don't think the parents place of birth is on there

i stand corrected if i am wrong and others here will chime in
