I echo this.  If your country is eligible, the green card lottery could be the way to go.

How did you get to the US the first time around?  Did you have support from your family that you no longer have?

On J visas.  Spouse won DV lottery while in US.  Did AOS from the US.

Boston field office, GC holder for 10 years.

Citizenship received in 2016, took ~5 months from application to passport.

Spouse received citizenship in 2019

So the best way is to get married,

You are heading into sketchy areas here.....

Marriage for the purpose of obtaining an immigration benefit is straight up FRAUD.

So I was wondering if there are any type of schools that don't cost much money but are able to issue a student visa.

Nope.  You have to have the money up front.

Fake marriage is fraud for sure, I have no intentions on that.

I was thinking I could save up some money to be enough to pay tuition upfront, some language schools can be paid weekly

What are you studying?

I have attended one of the cheaper US schools while on a student visa.  It was still tens of thousands of dollars.  How will you show you can financially support yourself (a requirement for all student visas, plus health insurance) if you do not have support from your parents?

Good luck

What about language schools and some art schools that can be paid weekly or monthly.  It can at least get me to stay there and study for a degree

In any case you will need a visa. Do you have a current Tourist Visa? B1/B2? ESTA?

What is your home country?

Without information from your side we can just guess but if you need more help you will need to give us more information.

I really advice you to read more about it here

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/study/student-visa.html

…… For short periods of recreational study, a Visitor (B) visa may be appropriate
A visitor (B) visa permits enrollment in a short recreational course of study, which is not for credit toward a degree or academic certificate. Learn more about Visitor Visas.….

Hi, Thanks for replying again. I haven't had a visa for a while now, i'm in my hometown at this moment. And I come from China.

My thought is to either impress my parents to restore the sponsorship, or to make money myself to get a tourist visa while studying.

Thoughts guys ?

Wow two pages before saying his home country.

I recommend completing college overseas and once you’re established in your profession apply for tourist visa.

China is NOT eligible for DV lottery so that route is out.
