Current Income is the deteriorating factor and it is based on

your CURRENT paycheck, so if you have a full time job , then use the 2080 hours per year ( formula accepted and used by govt agencies ) to CLAIM / SHOW YOUR current income calculation as follows:

 Example : Current Income =$ 72,000 year ( $ 34.615 hr x 2080 hrs per year for a full time position).

This will be more than adequate even if they consider the 2 ( court ordered support dependent ) children as part of ur household/ obligation.

Thank you.

You are a household of 6, you must count your kids even the ones who do not live with you. As @Family posted above your income is enough for 6. Just don't forget to count the two not living with you.

Thank you.

They are all listed on the petition and I explained that they do not reside with me.

u state u make 2000 biweekly / that is 1000 a week and there are 4.2 weeks average in a month

I don't know how to explain further. For example, these past four weeks, I grossed $6556 and take home pay was $4923. We are paid biweekly. One week I got $2261, this week got $2662.

So depending on how much time I put in, the more I get.

What is your base rate of pay?  $x per hour?

My hourly base pay is $23.

We are paid double time after 48 hours.

I pick between 32 to 40 hours overtime for the duration of 2 weeks by working 12 hours per day.

I work almost 60 hours every week. Hope I painted a clearer picture.

Without overtime, what's your guaranteed full time schedule?

For example, if it is 40 hours:

40h * $23 * 52 weeks = $47,840

40 hours per week. But we are mandated to work 2 Saturdays in a month.  So one week 40 hours, the next 48 hours and the next 40.. so that's how we rotate.

  • 2 weeks later...
