When that date changes but you do not get a new status message when you click on it, that means you have been touched.

the problem is I have no idea how i get to the page... on top it says portoflio

maybe I am on the wrong page..

ok... I go to USCIS.gov.. then I click on check case status online,.... I type in my case number.. and I get to a page that looks nothing like yours.

on top it says CASE STATUS

then mentions my reciept #

and Apllication type

Go to USCIS.gov and click on "Case Status & Processing Dates"

Click on Create/Edit customer portfolio account

Accept the Terms and Conditions

Fill out the next form (asking for tons of information!)

Once you have finished that you will be taken to a page to Login. Use the username and password you just created and select "Customer" from the dropdown box.

You'll be taken to a screen with a gray box. Find the link saying "To add a case to your portfolio click here.

Click it and put in your application receipt number.

All done! I think, I can't go farther than that since I already have a case in there.

It depends on what level you are being denied, the USCIS stage, NVC stage, or a consular denial...

I'm gonna assume you mean the timeline in my signature since your official VJ one seems to be filled out. All you need to do is go to the "My Controls" link at the top of the page and on the lefthand side you'll see a link for "Edit signature". You can type your timeline in there You should also go into the Edit profile section and select which service center you are using and which country your foreign fiance is from.
