STill without a properly working refrigerator. Samsung tech's are actually blaming me for not being able to set up a repair date. Meanwhile I have called them, texted them and left voicemails for them to call me back. I used the same number to text them that they themselves texted me to schedule it.

Texts are usually computer generated outgoing only and do not receive incoming messages or are not monitored if they do 😢

Well another repair tech. Well actually it was the same guy. He tried to ask me if we had mice so he can blame it on mice but I shot that idea down quick.

Did you tell him you would get mice asap if it would help the repair process?

I figured as much, but as that one specific text did say I can reply to it to set up my appointment I texted them back at it. I also called and left a VM, also called their other number but their VM was full.

Tech left again today but now not only is my fridge hotter then before his visit. The light for the water dispenser will not turn off.

Oh man I should have asked him that.

Oh I feel for you … wish i could wave the magic wand and get a useful tech out to fix it .. time for searching for the name of the district /regional manager .. and giving him/her an earful.. nicely of course… and posting a scathing review on Samsung USA facebook and Twitter pages

Waiting on the 4th of July sales but, I will be buying a GE as I need a big fridge. Can you believe LG is worse then SS, so stay away from them.

If Bosch had bigger fridges I may be willing to spend more on them, but they do not have any big enough.

Bosch is overrated for their price, IMO.

Maybe you can score a KitchenAid if you can't get a GE that you like!

Regardless, I bid you good luck...you've taken more than your fair share of appliance abuse and deserve some positive refrigerator karma!

I was looking at the Kitchen aid. I'm not impressed with their fridge. It felt cheaply made unlike their dishwasher i have. A lot of wasted space with their design too.
