I am starting to get a little worried now. We got our NOA1 in the mail with a receipt date of July2. We even got a letter for the bio appointment. But I still can't check our status online. I am going to the USCIS page and entering the receipt number MSC0727021xxx in the "check the status of your case" box in the lower right side of the page. I am still getting a case number not found error! What is the deal?

It happens often. Keep trying, it should work soon enough.

Me, too, Luz - Our NOA1 date is July 3. I figure, if yours isn't online yet, then I'm okay!! :) We got our biometrics letter in the mail yesterday. I'm figuring that since the fees are increasing at the end of this month, a lot more people are filing and trying to get their applications in.

But of course I check every hour online!!

I tried. The people that answer the phone are looking at the same thing we are when we check online. If it does not show on the USCIS site it does not show on their computer. :(

You might want to consider the fact that USCIS is probably inundated right now due to people getting their AOS applications in before the price hike. I would give it another week or so before getting worried personally.

We experienced the same thing. seems to be happening alot recently. maybe their receiving a larger amount than normal of applications with the upcoming fee increases, so it's taking more time to update the automated system. since you received your biometric appointment, I wouldn't worry about it much. I'm sure your case will be in the system soon.

That's AWFUL and NOT FAIR! :crying: I have got back into the habit of checking all the time like I did with the I-129F , though I know probably there will be no touch till the biometrics is over.

I still can't check for my EAD either.........the NOA date was June 24th. I had also sent in my AP along with the payment in the same envelope as my EAD and haven't even gotten a NOA for it...... they must have it as like I said it was in the same envelope as the EAD application. Can we ever expect these people do do anything right!
