My biggest achievement to date is getting over myself. I used to care a lot what my family approves of and what they do not approve for me.

Pursuing my relationship with my husband when everyone was against it and beating all odds is something I am very proud of, because it was the first time I followed my gut and stood by my convictions firmly.

01/03/12......................BIO

Well...My biggest achievement so far is the success I have had in trading stocks. Now I haven't made a fortune but I have done well with the small amount I started with. I don't have the exact number but last year I got a little over 40%. A few months ago my dad let me take over his account after he realized I was making money while his mutual fund was quickly disappearing by the old "buy and hold" strategy. He lost a ton of money in his mutual funds (probably 65% or so) and so this past January of 2009 he pulled everything and put some in his pocket, some in a CD, and with a little leftovers he created a Bank of America stock trading account and gave me the green light to make all of his trades. As of yesterday's close his entire account value is up 94% YTD. In my account I am up 72% YTD after being down as much as 70% the beginning of March. My entire account value has gone up about 450% since the March lows....

That and graduating from college with a decent GPA (dropped from a 3.9 my first semester to a 3.57 final GPA)

And I am working on a (stock-related) website which will be ready in about 1 or 2 weeks.

So far-

-My son :luv:

-Surving surgery where the odds were against me....Having to learn to write, walk, do anything all over again STILL completing my degree after the convalescence....so next is...

- My education and career....I'm not boasting but given the circumstances I have been up against-I have done fairly well. I am proud of myself, and I make no apologies for that ( before the 'omg you are big headed' gang turn up).

- As for 'has your biggest achievement yet to happen'?

I don't know....To me...Everyday is an oppertunity to achieve.

Take a large, almost round, rotating sphere about 8000 miles in diameter, surround it with a murky, viscous atmosphere of gases mixed with water vapor, tilt its axis so it wobbles back and forth with respect to a source of heat and light, freeze it at both ends and roast it in the middle, cover most of its surface with liquid that constantly feeds vapor into the atmosphere as the sphere tosses billions of gallons up and down to the rhythmic pulling of a captive satellite and the sun. Then try to predict the conditions of that atmosphere over a small area within a 5 mile radius for a period of one to five days in advance!

That should be multiple choice, I can't choose only one. I consider some of the biggest achievements in my life my education, finding true love, when I used to be part of this street dance team I accomplished a lot, I'm very proud of that, today getting out of the bed was a incredible achievement :P but my biggest achievement is yet to come. My mom says that life starts at 30, so I'm not even born yet  I'll have all my life to achieve something great.

2 years later, i'm 30 years old. My biggest achievment was to turn 30 having a son (my life dream), a wondeful husband, a pretty good job, health and looking good lol. I couldn't ask for more.
