Hello everyone!

I am new on here and I have questions about expediting a petition. I am just about to send out our i130 petition and I was wondering is there a good time to start compiling information for the expedite? I know you can’t request a expedite until getting NOA1, but I just want to be ready and have all the documents ready right when I can send them! Any information on expediting more specifically extreme hardship that would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

I don’t see extreme hardship as one of the categories on the USCIS page. Closest I see is humanitarian reasons

The first two reasons listed could accurately be described more simply as "extreme hardship".  If they apply, they apply.  If they don't, they don't.
