AOS fee said "PAID" and I just logged in again and it says "PAY NOW" again

Hey same thing happened to me. The $325 fee has been debited from my bank account but on CEAC website it says Pay Now again. I just sent a public inquiry. Did it resolve for you?

I'm having this exact issue as well. I called the NVC offices and they told me to file an inquiry (AKA wait two months), and on the second call I was told to wait for up to 6 weeks for them to fix the issue, but it appears it's not been happening to everyone as I was initially informed. Did it work for you guys?

Yes, it got resolved on its own in about 3-4 days.

Still nothing for me. Is it OK if I just try paying again? I assume I'd pretty much "lose" the 690 dollars I paid already, but that's honestly fine, I just don't want to wait more than we have to.

 

I'd REALLY appreciate input on this.
