Addresses over the last 5 years?

Hello, I’m starting to fill out my information for my I-130 online now, was thinking of using RapidVisa, but went to the Better Business Bureau and all I seen was negative reviews. Anyway, I’ve moved around a lot in the past 5 years, including living in the Philippines and am wondering if someone else has experienced a lot of moving, including staying in hotels for 2-3 weeks at a time or Airbnb’s here and there? Also, I lived in several different homes in the US before I moved over there. How do I complete my addresses including 2-3 week stays between residences to satisfy the I-130 requirements. Thanks for any help.

Some of the Airbnb stays were for 2-4 days, here and there, for up to a month in between leases as well. There’s too many hotels, for a few nights to list. Does anyone have experience in this situation for filing the I-130’s for my wife and her son?

Where were you on when you were staying at different hotels and AirBnBs? (The US or the Philippines?)

Was this while you were vacationing and you had a fixed address somewhere?

Was this on a tourist visa or another type of visa?

In the Philippines, staying in different AirBnBs trying to figure out which part of Cebu City to live originally, 5 or 6 days on Lapu-Lapu, on different sides of Cebu City trying to find a house to lease for up to 28 or 30 days. Also, when I returned to the US last year, stayed in 2 different hotels for 3 weeks  until I could get into a lease.

Places you sleep for a short period of time are not residence addresses.  I would enter a residence address in the US, for the period up until you came to the Philippines to stay indefinitely.  Until you had a stable rental in Cebu, like an actual rental contract, I would enter "No Fixed Address.  Traveling".  Cebu mostly has actual street addresses but if not, the Barangay and maybe street name is enough.  My rode doesn't have a name.  Best I can do is "Red Gate fronting X store, Purok 2, Barangay, Municipality, Province....

Ok, thank you very much. Do you know what to put in regards with both of my parents being deceased, the question asks their city? Do I just put deceased or the last place they lived?

Exactly.  Deceased for city and country of current residence.

Don't both with RapidVisa, similar "fast visa" services, or an attorney, it is not worth the cost and they often make mistakes or cause delays, or both.  Do it yourself if you have no legal issues, past criminal records, deportations, etc.  The guides and members here on VJ can answer any questions you may have.  Good luck!

Yes, thank you very much. I have read many reviews from the BBB website, with 80% or higher negative reviews. I’m currently trying to find answers to a couple of questions on my I-130 and I-130a.
