A POE is a POE... if you're entering on a K visa through the POE.. it's no different that if you used a POE at an airport.

Timeline

Both my daughter and I (on separate occasions) crossed the border from Canada into the U.S. by car (my daughter in Sumas and myself at Blaine).

Both were pleasant experiences with no problems. You just give them your brown envelope from the medical exam and your passport and then they put an I-94 and a stamp in your passport.

If you are bringing any belongings with you, make a very simple list of the contents of the boxes/suitcases/etc. such as: clothing, stereo, books, etc. and include serial numbers for any electronics. They will make a very quick search of the vehicle (and contents) and off you go. It will take no more than 15 or 20 minutes.

I know its a POE but that is not what I asked is it,Iasked if anyone had crossed there and what expirence they had

The experience will be no different that any other POE.. you'll go to the booth, tell then you have a K visa, they'll send you to secondary, you give them your passport and the brown envelope... you wait and they'll give you your passport back with the I-94 in it... That's about it..

BC to WA has a very heavily and commonly used POE...I'm assuming you'll be using one of the the one(s) nearest the airport...Peace Arch (the largest) or Pacific (a mile from Peace Arch and commonly referred to as the "Truck Crossing"), and officers who are used to dealing with multiple nationalities (Canada being a Commonwealth country there are tons of UKers as well as a huge Asian population in the Vancouver area).

There have been a couple of people that have posted here with horror stories through one of those crossings for various reasons, but by and large the experiences I've read here have been overwhelmingly positive. The border officials are used to dealing with a wide variety and huge volumes of people. So have your stuff together as described above (belongings) and be nice/respectful and it should be essentially a breeze.

I was in and out on a K1 visa in 20 minutes, which included having a full car and cats with me. I would suggest that the Peace Arch, while busier and possibly more of a line up of cars, would be more used to handling K visas than the Pacific crossing. (I could be wrong, that's just my assumption based on personal comfort level, having dealt with both crossings for my entire life).

If you want to see experiences, have a look in the Canada forum here, as well as checking the Immigration Timelines stats from the link in the top 3rd of the page. If someone's filled in their timeline they may have also reported on their POE experience.
