This page is dedicated to everyone who applied for the citizenship in Dallas TX, to compare notes on processing time!

Applied March 21, 2022 online. Bio reused the same day. Anyone here applied in Dallas lately? How long did it take before the interview was  scheduled?

How did it go? Any insights to share?

It went well I have my oath ceremony tonight at 7pm.They asked me 6 questions for the civics test, had to read out a sentence and write down a sentence for my English reading and writing. Also asked if I travelled out of the country recently and after that they said congratulations. They didn’t even ask to see my tax transcripts or any other document.I requested name change and gave my marriage certificate and it was updated.

My husband filed for Naturalization on April 8, 2022 and he has his interview on October 17!

A question for people that have been through the interview process. Were you able to go in with you spouse, or did you have to wait outside? I am hoping to go in with my husband, but not sure what the rules are now a days...

@Brasil2USA Is his I-751 still pending? Is he applying based on 3 or 5 years rule?

No, he is applying for citizenship now. We are married, so it's based on the 3-year rule.
