Maybe it’s worth trying, just to purchase ticket, and do PCR test ..

The regime that permitted that has now expired. Moreover, every airline is required to check the vaccine document if they want to keep flying to the US. If you have to sign some vaccine attestation (some countries do, I don’t recall with the US), you could also be breaking federal law if you lie about it. The only way now is to try to petition for an exemption.

Allegedly the HP route through Mexico no longer applies and you need to go for the U for U, now nobody to my knowledge has been approved for that yet so timeline unknown

With U for U , Covid vaccine is required as well

Non commercial carriers have different requirements.  Rent a jet, rent a boat.
