Hi everyone,

I'm adjusting status and entered the country with a K1 visa. We filed for AOS November 24, 2021 and had my biometrics appointment March 15, 2022. I've been trying to find an estimated waiting time between the biometrics appointment and the reception of advanced parole and EAD, but I have not been successful in finding any estimate.

Does anyone know how long is it taking right now between biometrics appointment and reception of advanced parole/EAD?

Thank you

I'm day 159 post-biometrics and counting. Hopefully you will be quicker! :)

You can look up the current processing time for any USCIS application on the processing times website. You count from your Noa1 received date for any process. When you did biometrics is irrelevant.

Both I765 and I131 are processed through the NBC.

The best thing you can ever do for your Immigration process is to learn how to use the website and to monitor it for changes often.

1st comes the approval of the EAD/AP then the actual receipt in mail. We got approved about 2 weeks after biometrics, and received card about 10 days thereafter. Here's hoping you don't have a long wait now!

Thank you! Just one question, I'm not sure which one is my field office or service center. Where can I look it up? Thanks again
