I have got IR1 visa through my wife. We are living together in Pakistan with our two child who also have IR 2 visa. Can I move to USA without wife and child for living arrangements as we have no arrangement in USA to live there.

Are any of the children between ages 17.5 and 18?

If so, you should  optimize differently.  They need to enter the USA with (or after) their mother before they turn age 18 so that they are instantly USA citizens.

Surely you have already made some arrangements, so you could show intent to re-establish domicile in the US?

The US citizen can travel ahead of everyone else and make the arrangements that need to be made, or you can travel with the US citizen, but you will not be allowed to travel ahead of the US citizen.
