Once he gets his new ID and passport sent back to Indo from Morocco he will apply for a U.S visa in Jakarta. I have already spoken to them. Is this helpful?

What is your brother's plan once he arrives in the US?

Why is it so important for him to go to America and not return to Morocco?

What has he been doing in Indonesia since 2020? Where will he go after his visit to the US?

I am not sure it is helping him, however it is only the application fee and presumably travelling to the Consulate so not a major issue.

What is your brother's plan once he arrives in the US?  (We are planning to travel a lot!)

Why is it so important for him to go to America and not return to Morocco? (We live in the U.S and we have no ties to Morocco except his passport and ID)

What has he been doing in Indonesia since 2020? Where will he go after his visit to the US? (He is surfing and freelancing) - His Visa will be for 10 years

You are aware a 10 year visa does not mean he can stay in the US continuously for 10 years, right?

He is only allowed to stay for a maximum time of 6 months and then he has to leave.

When your brother goes to his B1/B2 interview he will either get denied before any questions take place OR they will ask him about his ties to Indonesia or Morocco.

Right now, it sounds like your brother plans on overstaying if he ever gets to USA.

We are aware of the 6 months stay, Thank you! Also, he have no intentions on overstaying etc. He travels a lot so it will be great to hang out and travel. Canada is 2 hours drive from here :)

Where does he plan to go once the 6 months are up?

He cannot enter Canada with the intention to re-enter the USA to extend his stay in the US.

There is ZERO chances of you getting your brother a B1/B2 visitor visa.  You have no idea how anything with US immigration works.

Your brother has no ties to Morocco or anywhere else.  His strongest ties are to the US.

He has no ID or passport.  If he could only solve this little problem.

You are so sure that he will get a 10 years US visitor visa.

That is so delusional.

He is there as a tourist and is paying a penalty of $175 a month immigration for overstaying. Covid-19 lock down happened when he landed there.

Clearly that is not true.  There is no way he could not have departed up until this point.

My brother have no intentions to going back to Morocco for this exact same reason and how he is being treated. Thanks for the comment

Let me guess:  his plan for the B visa you're 100% sure he will get is to overstay in the US, just like he has in Indonesia?

"We"?

Your brother does not live in the US.

You are clearly planning something fraudulent.  I am reporting this thread

You lack an understanding of the terms of the tourist visa.  NO ONE gets admitted for 10 years.  6 months, tops.

It's amazing how you asked and concluded on your own that something is not right and or something "fraudulent" is happening- There is nothing going on here except in your head. I simply asked of what can be done to speed up the process of renewing an ID and Passport that "WE" have been waiting for more than two years. I will apply for the DS-160 for my brother online on his behalf (YES I can do that through the state website) and I can also pay for his fees and he only needs to go for his interview. My brother have NO intentions to immigrate on a tourist visa nor does he have any desire to stay put at the moment. Please ask questions before you jump to conclusions. Are you mad about something else?

I am not the only one who discerns from your thread that there is something not right here.

People ask questions that aren't related to the topic. An example would be what you said here "Let me guess:  his plan for the B visa you're 100% sure he will get is to overstay in the US, just like he has in Indonesia? " Why would you assume that?

Because:

1) He has a demonstrated history of overstay in another country.

2) You have said he has no intention of returning to Morocco.

3) You seem to be laboring under the delusion that a 10 year B visa = a 10 year stay.
