Hi All.

9/20/2019 file the petition
8/5/2020 EAD arrived for both of us.
10/6/2021 interview done for both of us.
RFE after interview
10/14/2021 We responded back
2/6/2022 card been produced
BUT ONLY RECEIVED A NOTICE FOR MY WIFE NOT ME.
IS THIS NORMAL ?

SHOULD I BE WORRIED?
Please let me know if anyone had this happened.
thank You

Just wait

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

Typical period per USCIS policy is 120 business days. However, let's hope you get it soon. I always prepare myself from a worst case scenario. So, just put 120 business days in your head.....

120 business days...this excludes holidays/ weekends etc.

Go online and use free day calculator to put your dates and check the box that says "business days only."

I would definitely give them a call and follow up. Seems like it’s outside processing time

Got an up date on March 1 EAD is been  produced.. this is my second renewal  no green card yet...

I made a service request.. on December 14 2021 asking if they received my response uscis responded ( yes we received your response) case online still says RFE sent

Finally my wife gets her green card Feb 5 2022... so I waited for a month and made another service request.. uscis responded back saying we have NOT yet received your  response to the RFE.. first they say yes back in December and now they don't have them  whaaaat!!!! And getting a call from a tier 2 officer to look into it.. before I mail new I-693
