Talaga??

Better tip is to have at least 2 copies of ALL important documents [NSO especially]. Keep them in separate places.

Preferably one set in a fire proof place.

Not easy to replace especially when you get to the US.

Tip for other than immigration process. remember to have your balikbayan box ready in time to ship so it will be received by Xmas. I tend to be a last minute shopper, so guess I better start earier this year for relatives in the Philippines. :yes::lol:

What I do is..I keep the hardcopy and the scanned copy and save it somewhere in my comp drive and CD for future use.

01-24-2014 Received NOA dated 01/14 in the mail

02-20-2014 1st Service Request created for delayed biometric appointment letter

03-01-2014 Received 'yellow' letter in the mail

03-28-2014 2nd Service Request created since the 1st request had no response from the assigned Service Center

04-07-2014 Received biometric appointment letter in the mail

04-25-2014 At last, my biometric appointment!!!!

06-09-2014 Interview - recommended for approval!

:thumbs: I know people's circumstances are different, but I would strongly recommend having children come at the same time as their mother. the process is so much simpler. After being together as a family for 5 months now, I could not imagine having left our daughter behind in the Philippines. The lost time together is something you can never replace.

:thumbs: I know people's circumstances are different, but I would strongly recommend having children come at the same time as their mother. the process is so much simpler. This is good news for someone I know that just petitioned his fiancee. All along we thought that he fiancee has to leave her poor daughter until she gets married and bring her later. I did help him out with the submission of I-129F and thank goodness that we put the child's name on there.
