Just Married! Filling Documents again -- From K1

Thanks to this forum, now wife is here.. followed all instructions and there were no issues at all.. but now it seems harder

 

First, I want to make sure the payment amount -- $1,225 includes all fees -- (I-485 + I-864 + I-765 + I-131 + G-1145)

 

Question on Forms:

I-485

Part1 -- 25a - answer is "Fiance - K1 Visa" - correct?

Part2 -- 1a -- 3rd box (Fiance) - correct?

Part2 -- 3 -- Receipt Number of underlying petition - should be the WAC# on the I-797?

_____ what is the priority date?

Nothing to add in Derivative applicant - correct?

Marriage Certificate certified

birth certificate - and english translation

my us certificate / passport

approval I-129

 

I-864 - Affidavit under Sec 213A of the INA

starts:

I -- my name (UScitizen) -- Sponsor

1a - checked -- thats it correct?

Part3 -- 1 - Yes checked

_______ no need to add family member (wife) again correct? just N/A

Part5 -- 1 -- has a 1 from part 3

_____ 2 -- myself

_____ 3 -- leave empty?

Household size 2 -- only the 2 of us correct? if i put 1 in no 3 -- it has 3 on household..

all other seem easy questions - same as the origina I-134

Part2 -- 14 & 15 -- do you want the SSA to issue -- yes (we didnt have time to go to the office)

___ 24 -- Imm status at arrival -- K1 - Fiance?

___ 25 -- Current Immigration status? - what to answer?

___ 27 -- Eligibility category? 

___ 28 to 30 ?? anything for a k1 -- I will read the instructions

 no need to send proof of relantionship now correct?

 

please let me know any other documents of answers to make sure this one goes smoothly as the k1 visa
