Hi guys. I am a us citizen and i wanna apply for my brother, his wife and his 2 children( may be they will cross 21 until they will have interview). So how can i apply for them? I mean to say should i fill up i130 form separately for each of them and pay separately for each of them? Or is there any option on i130 form that i can fill all their forms on 1 single form. Please help me guys.

You just file for your Brother.'

Quite simple the family issue only comes into play in 20 or so years, wife and minor children can come as well.

None of those are required. Those will be required in 15 years or so during visa processing.

All you need to send/upload with the petition is a copy of your and your brother's birth certificate showing common parent/s. You would simply list your brother's spouse and children on i130 itself, no more than that.

Thanks. Ya i saw a option to add spouse and children. Does this same thing applies to mother and father aswell. I know they come in immediate family but do i need to file seperate i130 for them or single i130 works for them also?

Just confirming the single i130 works for my brother and his family right. Doing far family for first time so confusing.

I wouldn't count on his family even being able to be included by the time there is a visa available for him.  You're looking at a 20 year wait, at least.

Ya i know that it will take much much much longer time. But atleast starting is needed, No? Just never worked on f4 visa before so asking abt the procedure and paper works.

yup, submit a correct petition and basically don't pay too much attention to it until 15+ years time.
