Hello,

I have a friend here in Arizona that traveled from Sonora, Mexico to Phoenix by land border crossing back in January 2021.

What would my friend answer on those questions?  Since she arrived she has not gone back to Mexico for any period of time.  I believe the I-94 expired in June but her plastic visa card is still valid for another 8 years.  They did eventually get married here and had the baby here.   Obviously since she entered legally 73 a & b would both be no correct?

For questions 72 a and b, did she depart the USA after her over stay(s)?

73a and 73b are both no for her current stay. What about previous stays?

Did she marry a USA citizen?

Is her husband a USC?

And legally since 1997?

She legally entered the US on a tourist visa through the port of San Luis in Jan 2021.  Since then she has not departed the USA.  She married a USC during her stay.

And before 2021? Did she enter the USA?

Then it appears the answers to all these questions are no.
