Thank you for those encouraging words. I just sent in all my docs on Aug 23 and have literally checked them like 6xs to make sure I have submitted everything and done it correctly. I am a stresser and have to learn to take it one day at a time because there is nothing I can do but wait to be DQ. Praying I get DQ being RFE free

Per the I-864 instructions, tax return transcripts are acceptable as-is.  W2's and 1099's are not required.   However, some members have reported getting RFE's for W2/1099 when they submitte

The RFE's I have seen were for those that sent transcripts as well as copies of the 1040(s) without the W2s/1099s.

Hi all,

we just gor RFEd for missing W2s. I feel stupid for not going through this thread before, we would've known better. I am beyond dissapointed right now, but if anyone's reading this, dont make the same mistakes we did and just upload everything.
