I have received 10 years green card but through marriage Cr1
But my marriage was less than 2 years when I got approved for the green card and I’m not sure if it was by mistake or not because most of people and lawyers I talk with even the USCIS told me then my case is close and I’m good ,

And after one year and 3 months I’ll apply for citizenship
Do I have to remove the condition i751 first because I have seen some applicants get rejected when they apply for i751
Or I just can apply for citizenship directly !?
If anyone had the experience please let me know ?

Without you filling in your timeline ( https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=389457 ) I can be sure.

Based on what you wrote, you  should file I-751 90 days before the two year anniversary  of the “resident since” date of your green card.

You might also file I-90 now to get a corrected green card. The cost is free.   Note that once you are within 90 days of the two year anniversary  of the “resident since” date of your green card, you cannot file I-90.

Usually what happens to people in your situation who file N-400 without filing I-751 is that their case is denied.

BTW, rarely, USCIS refuses to admit its mistake.  See the timeline of @Neonred

You said your marriage was less than 2 years old when the CR1 was approved.  For a CR1 vs IR1, the important date is the date you actually entered the US activating your GC as compared to your wedding anniversary.  What was the date of entering the US vs your wedding date?

You’ve asked this question before. And you got a good answer before;

Also, per

 you were having marital difficulties.  Assuming you haven’t reconciled, you should file for divorce now so that you have a final divorce decree before you file I-751.  Given the divorce:

* I don’t think you should file I-90 to get a corrected green card.  Instead you can wait for your final divorce decree and then file I-751.  Even isn’t the decree doesn’t arrive until after the 2 year anniversary of your green card, you are allowed to file I-751 late in that case, and because you have a mistaken 10 year green card you have fewer worries about DHS hassling you.

OTOH if your final divorce decree arrived before the two year anniversary of your green card you can file I-751 immediately.

* you aren’t eligible to file N-400 on the basis of the 3 year rule
