GREEN CARD RENEWAL Form I-90 - Forgot my port of entry

Hi! I'm about to submit my I-90 to renew my expired and lost green card. One of the questions there was about my initial port of entry. I could not remember where my port of entry was. It has been 13 years now so I also could not pull up any info thru the I-94 webpage. Has this happened to anybody here? What did you do? Will the USCIS automatically decline your application if you forget your port of entry? Could not find any info in my passport. Old passport have some water damage. I dont have my old travel documents anymore too.
