This is to submit the I-130 online.

I'm not sure what I should edit or if I should edit anything. Well this is what we have from our relationship.

I'm trying to organize the evidence by specific trips, or i don't know if I should bother? I have

-Marriage certificate and evidence we were in the wedding together

- Our rings have each other's name emblemed on them along with the marriage date

-Passport stamps ( I can edit to circle which ones were specifically to travel to see her)

-Booking confirmation to flights, because not everywhere we went gave us stamps and I sadly don't have the digital tickets.

-Pictures on every trip, it's been 6 trips so probably going to include 2 - 4 pictures per trip depending on whether something interesting was done.

-I'm financially supporting her, while it doesn't equal a bank account together It would should a financial commitment no? (some youtuber suggested it )

-I have love emails and social media posts expressing love, however they're in spanish. I don't know if it's recommended for me to include those and translate them or forget that considering

I honestly don't even know how seriously they take the evidence and if i should overload it.  But it says 6mb per file which is pretty small vs picture... i'd be uploading a LOT of pictures.

for trips, use boarding pass instead of booking confirmation. boarding pass = u really flew somewhere together, ticket = u can cancel it at anytime.

financially support her ( i assume she's in overseas) , you can print out your bank statement to show that u sent her $ XXX perhaps monthly

6 mb per file if you use pdf its not that bad. u can downsize the file to around 150 dpi, it should more than enough

What's the evidence you were together at the wedding?  Some things are evidence and some are not.

Ring thing is cute.  Won't hurt anything

Passport stamps are actual evidence of travel.  If you were in her country or both in the same third country, that's taken as evidence you were together.

Booking confirmation is not evidence of travel.  Use boarding passes and/or passport stamps.

Photos are good. You can print up to 9 per page.

Leave out any evidence or mention of you sending money to her.  That does not help and CAN hurt.  Sending money is not evidence of commingling finances  Such evidence is not expected from a couple who hasn't yet lived in the same country.

You can leave out the social media posts in Spanish.  If you choose to include you must also include a certified translation

Spanish is spoken in many countries.  If you mention the country, we'll know how critical this evidence really is.

I have included the boarding passes and passport stamps. I have also captured our posts with photos in social media (e.g. Facebook) with comments from friends and relatives and translated the posts and comments in non-English to English myself. I included all these in a ppt and submit it as a compressed PDF. Hope this helps.

Well we were together at the wedding, even though It was via Zoom we're in the video together putting the rings on and kissing. I also got the reservation, and room number of where we stayed with both our names and signature. Proving we were at that location during the ceremony.

Would it be advisable to include chat or social media posts with texts? Or would that be really weak evidence and unnecessary hassle?

1.  That will do nicely.

2.  Unnecessary.

A booking plus dated passport stamp matches up the records nicely.  You did what I did, I never kept boarding passes either.

Concur with Pushbrk - in 15 years and multiple filings we never submitted a single line of social media or chat discussions.

thank you both for that advice. I didn't want to do that either because then i'd have to bother doing the I can translate document.

I'm curious if I can just upload pictures separately 1 by 1 labeled instead of compiling them into 1 page.
