I-94 number and date of expiration I-130?

Do i have to put the I-94 number date of entry and date of expiration when filling the I-130 online? He is not currently in the united states and i saw somone say before that if they are not in the USA there is no need to fill this out.

The part before this would have stated "If the beneficiary is still in the United States fill in the following information" or something similar.

 

So, no, that part is not required.   I have not used the online form, but I would have assumed there was a yes/no question before this part that would let you skip it.  I invite the comment others here who did use the online form.

We put: "Not applicable - not currently in the US".

“Not applicable” for overseas spouse or relative
