I-94 number and date of expiration I-130?

Timeline

The part before this would have stated "If the beneficiary is still in the United States fill in the following information" or something similar.

 

So, no, that part is not required.   I have not used the online form, but I would have assumed there was a yes/no question before this part that would let you skip it.  I invite the comment others here who did use the online form.
