When I click on this link and put in my information I can't go any further.

CEAC status check is all you need for K1.  No need to login because K1 do not upload any documents to CEAC.  K1 interview scheduling is typically done via USTravelDocs portal (not CEAC) or whatever system your consulate uses.

I have completed the K1 visa and I want to pay my fees but need to create an account on CEAC.

There are no fees.

There is the DS-160 fee, but that is handled by the embassy/consulate.  There should be information on their site on how to pay for the DS-160.

The main issue is I am trying to create an account on CEAC and I am having trouble. Do you know the steps to create an account?

And we are telling you that K1 do not create login accounts with CEAC.

Ok, so will I need to pay a fee at this stage?

You should receive a letter from the embassy and/or an email providing you with further instructions (including where to pay and what to do).

You need to create an account on ustraveldocs then you have to update your profile on the site then print the cash payment page using the ds160 to go pay the visa at soge express in haiti
