Hi,

I did my medical in August 2021 in my home country - the new requirements for the covid vaccine came out in October 2021.

I received my covid vaccination in September 2021 and arrived in the US in October 2021 and have my green card interview in April 2022.

Does anyone know if I need to redo my medical or i-693 since my covid vaccine is not on the original DS-3025?

I am taking my covid vaccination certificate with me to the interview just in case - but what will happen if I only have the DS-3025 I received in August 2021 and not a new DS-3025 / i-693 that shows the covid vaccination?
