My understanding is N-400 are adjudicated on the basis 3/5 years at the time it filing not 3/5 years at the time of interview.     OP didn’t have 5 years of LPR status when OP filed.

Yeah..he said that..so he escalated the issue with a 2nd tier officer,said I should get a call in days..so patiently waiting

1. I751 is reopened for consideration 

2. N400 oath ceremony is canceled..appointment will be rescheduled

I would call and escalate (tier 2?  Other wonderful people on here would know better which tier to escalate to.)  Hopefully it is just a glitch in the system.

I just called uscis and was lucky to get a customer representative...he was shocked too and said he will escalate the issue with a tier officer,he couldn't see why the change but said I will get a call in a day or two..

This is crazy....

Just to add that tier 1 agents can see as much information as you can. Tier 2 are the ones that know more.

December 09, 2019: Biometric appointment

January 15, 2020 RFE received

January 30, 2020  RFE response sent

Feb 7: EAD approved and interview scheduled

March 18, 2020 Interview cancelled
