�I-94 for K1 visa

Hi everyone,

 

I was trying to retrieve my I-94 record online but i get the message "no record found for traveler" . 

According to USCIS, all persons need a Form I-94 except U.S. citizens, returning resident aliens, aliens with immigrant visas, and most Canadian citizens visiting or in transit.

I entered US under K1 visa and by referring to travel.state.gov , K1 visa is under immigrant visa category.

If you are enter US under K1 visa, can you share whether you managed to find your I-94 record online ?

The I-94 record is based on your personal details and passport.   It doesn't depend on any visa type or number.

 

Did you enter you name, date of birth, passport number and country?

 

Also, it may take a day or two after entry for you to access your record.

When did you enter?

It can take a few weeks after to generate and the correct input of your information as written on your passport and visa.

Happened to me.

Go to their website and contact them.

You will get an auto-reply email that will suggest what you need to send to them.

It will be automatically updated in the system in 2-3 days depending, and if you search you will be able to find it.
