How to submit expedite request???

I've been reading a lot on this site, and it has been a tremendous help. USCIS just notified me they received my I-129f and gave me a receipt number! I made an online account with USCIS and linked my case. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to actually submit the expedite request. Calling just leads the robot telling me to go to my account and to submit it in writing. Emma tells me to call. I can't find where I start the request under my online account. I'm well aware of the guidelines of an expedite request, I just need help submitting it. Thank you!

Call the hotline and try saying "lost receipt" or "InfoPass" at the robot prompts.  Hopefully that will connect you to a live agent.

I tried to expedite through the official website, sending an e-inquiry.

I got a response telling me I should email nvcexpedite@state.gov and send them my reason, why I want to expedite together with NVC case number, invoice number, full name, birthday. 

Hope this helps. This was back in 2019 so maybe things have changed.

I thought you couldn't expedite the I-129f form? Everything I'd been reading said you couldn't. My uscis account has said "received" since Jan 29th and its so discouraging
