1. Yes, however it is solved by the fact that our Jordanian-issued ENGLISH birth certificates omit the additional middle name (grandfather's name) that is absent from his US passport and CRBA.

This might be a problem.  I would expect USCIS or State will want to see a lawful change of name document.

But then the issue becomes that my English birth certificate doesn't have my additional middle name that my passport does. Lol!

You will need a lawful change of name document.  What name is on your marriage certificate?

2. The name on his CRBA doesn't have his grandfather's name. So in Arabic it doesn't match, in English it does. Our Ministry of Interior provides the papers ready, no need for translation on our part.

The translation drops a middle name.  Seems like a problem.

Marriage certificate has grandfather's name included in native language, dropped in English. (This applies to both of us.)

It's an advantage in that it matches his name in his US passport. A disadvantage in that it doesn't match my name in my foreign passport.

To summarize, his US passport doesn't have the grandfather's name. My foreign passport does, even in English.

Oh no, I hope this won't be the case. Would the same national identity number shared by my passport, birth certificate, and marriage certificate help in proving that I am the same person?

I don't see any of this as an actual problem.  USCIS and Consular Officers are aware of this common practice already.

Most likely not any problem whatsoever. My husband is Jordanian and he had several different spellings of his name(both first and last) on different documents depending on who translated them. There are letters in Arabic that do don't translate exactly to English due to the different alphabet and different translators translate them differently. It's a fact and it was never an issue at any point during my husband's journey.
Unless you are sure of an answer it is best not to answer at all because it causes confusion, anxiety and could cause mistakes to be made.

Transliteration differently between alphabets resulting of different English spellings of names isn’t the same as adding and dropping entire names.

This went from, “most  likely not any problem” (IOW possibly a problem)  to telling me to be silent, justified by an anecdote that doesn’t seem to have anything  to do with the thread.  Suffice to same I am confused by content and tone.

I believe in getting ahead of a potential problem, as apparently does OP, and so I think my concerns were (and given OP hasn’t filed  I-130, potentially are still are valid) since USCIS might not be as conversant with Jordanian norms on names as the US embassy in Jordan.

Visajourney is littered with original posts where differences in names triggered RFEs. For examples,

Yes I am sure that in  general dropping and/or adding entire personal names causes problems with DHS.  Apparently it is not a problem for Jordan, and this is now noted.

Yes, my spouse is a dual Jordanian American citizen. I think I'll provide all these documents to be safe.

The names do not match 100%, unfortunately.... he has an additional middle name in his JOR passport.

This is a “other names used” issue

Passport names rule.

On the USC’s side proof of US citizenship is (all) that is required.  The US government does not care about anything else except for “other names used” on the applications
