Hello, for the I-130 stage, my husband was not born in America and we will not be using passport stamps to prove anything as we have always resided in the same country, so will there be need to provide copies of all his passport pages?

A second question is: how many photos of the couple are too many? We dated secretly due to the conservative nature of our families, and were afraid to be seen together in public, so we don't have many photographs other than selfies of us during the years. Should we provide them? I heard that is not strong proof. We only have photographs with people other than the two of us from the marriage ceremony!

Passport stamps just help to show one of you visited the other. So, if you stay in same country, no need.

I'd give 20 photos total, 5per page

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

My American spouse was born abroad and obtained citizenship through his parents. Our marriage certificate is registered with his non-American citizenship, and he doesn't have an American birth certificate.

How can I link his identity to his American passport? Is there any need to provide a copy of his other passport?

Should I provide the CRBA at all? According to travel.state.gov, "The CRBA neither serves as proof of the identity of the child's legal parents nor is it intended to serve as proof."

Thank you, we will provide it.
Is there a need for a copy of his foreign birth certificate/foreign passport , as the marriage certificate is registered with his other citizenship?

Sometimes USCIS or DoS asks for the USA citizen’s foreign birth certificate

Quote

How will USCIS know that the petitioner is the same foreigner who married me abroad?

The names match.  Does he have an additional non USA  citizenship that is different from his citizenship at birth?

Provide a copy of his CRBA.

Selfies  in front of landmarks are good evidence.

As evidence of US citizenship your husband can provide a CRBA or a copy of all pages of his US Passport.  It won't hurt to provide his Jordanian Birth Certificate clarity on the name issue.

Yes, my spouse is a dual Jordanian American citizen. I think I'll provide all these documents to be safe.

The names do not match 100%, unfortunately.... he has an additional middle name in his JOR passport.

1. So his marriage certificate has a name that is different from his CRBA?

2. Does the name on his foreign birth certificate match the name on his CRBA?

3. Does the name on his marriage certificate match his name on his foreign birth certificate?

Thank you!

Additional question: would you say an I-130 petition packet that is 37 pages is too big?

1. Yes, however it is solved by the fact that our Jordanian-issued ENGLISH birth certificates omit the additional middle name (grandfather's name) that is absent from his US passport and CRBA. But then the issue becomes that my English birth certificate doesn't have my additional middle name that my passport does. Lol!

2. The name on his CRBA doesn't have his grandfather's name. So in Arabic it doesn't match, in English it does. Our Ministry of Interior provides the papers ready, no need for translation on our part.

3. Yes.

Edit: I think I won't worry about my identity matching, as it can be confirmed by the same national identity number on my passport, birth certificate, and marriage certificate.

No, sounds about right.  I usually recommend supporting documentation be limited to 20 pages.  You're pretty close to that.
