am i supposed to receive conformation email after sending the required information on 221(g)?

I have received O-1B petition last June in the US and I had visa interview in London consulate as a third country national on 3/1/22. Unfortunately I received 221(g) form requesting to submit background information (travel history, DOB of my siblings, history of home address, working history, and so on) within 7 days as it said on the form. I sent my information to the designated email address on the next day and it has been about two weeks now(as of 3/17/22). It seems like it is normal to take at least few weeks to start getting email from the consular but my questions is: am I supposed to receive a confirmation email that they received my information?

Unfortunately, there is no guaranteed timeline on when (or if) you will receive an email response for your 221(g) email submission.
