That is not an official reliable government source of information.

Heres one directly from travel.state.gov:

@Kor2USA beat me to it by seconds :D

I also don't know how people are able to compress pictures to the 0.01MB size. So, I always copy/paste text. 😭

I want to visit the United States for tourism purposes

So why are you asking about work in another post?
if you want to visit you are more than welcome to apply like anybody else.

$160 usd to apply and you will find out if you can get or not. Is that simple.

good luck

So you applied for a tourist visa in the past?

No I didn't. I mean, I have applied for jobs, sent email, left on read, got ignored countless times that it still affects me till date, I wasn't even granted virtual interview for them to know me well. Also I was born with a deformity and have always been treated differently from others. I'm just so confused at the moment, my whole life has been miserable

So what is the purpose of your visit to the US?

If you want to visit as a tourist, you simply apply for a tourist visa and see what happens. You will have to show that you intend to return home after your visit.

Working in the US is not an option for everyone. Not every employer is willing and able to sponsor a visa, which is why many will not interview you. The fact that they ignore you is nothing personal; they simply give priority to applicants who are in the US with work authorization.

even with work authorization and sent 1000 resumes, i still didnt get anyone to call me back for interview. until i decide to change my last name on the resume to my husband's last name....then people start calling me. its exact resume just different last name on resume. my maiden name obviously sound foreign to people here in US. so sad but true. life as an immigrant in US it ain't easy at all.

Getting a job here in Nigeria is extremely hard, there are millions of graduates roaming the street because they cannot find jobs. It's not easy at all. Everyone is just trying their best. I am a high school graduate (SSCE holder) . I hope to complete my education somedays when I am capable. Also, Bachelors degree holders have one of the highest unemployment rates for Nigerian education levels, It's just so sad, everyone is trying to survive

So, you are not actually seeking entry to the US for tourism.  With no employment or strong ties to your country, the odds of success are very low, imo.  Good luck.

I hope I get sponsorship somedays from a kind-hearted person. I'm trying all I could ever single day but nothing seems to work out for me, but I still have hope of fulfilling my dreams somedays.

So what kind of sponsorship are you looking for exactly? You seem to want to work in the US, but finding a US employer who will sponsor a work visa for someone with just a high school degree is pretty much impossible. Are you thinking that if you somehow get a tourist visa you would be able to find a job and stay? That is not how it works.
