Love this idea, just sent my request. Fingers crossed.

Let me know if that works for you.

Also, I don’t know why but I filed for my wife on 10/14/2021 and for my mother on 03/15/2022. I submitted that request for my wife on 03/21/2022 and both applications were approved 2 days later. My wife’s application got transferred from Texas to Potomac the day it was approved, basically both applications were now in Potomac were my moms application was since 03/15/2022. Coincidence???

Hey,

Just got a response..

They said I'm in still within normal processing time, so I need to wait.

The status of this service request is:

On April 6, 2022, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your I-130 to notify us that you believe your case is outside of our normal processing time. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

The processing of your I-130 is within our current processing time. Please see our Website at www.uscis.gov for processing times.

We hope this information is helpful and appreciate your continued patience.

I understand your frustration. I was in the same boat. Try submitting a service request at the link above. Select approval notice. Basically, it’s submitting a request saying that you haven’t received approval.

That’s what I did.

Not sure if that’s going to work.

I just sent in a request just like you did. Hope it works

So, we were transferred to Texas almost in a begging of our journey. AR since 6th January and nothing yet...We talked with live agent, who told us that our case is in normal processing time. It makes me furious!
People who submitted in October is already being approved. What the system is that? I have no idea....

If it makes you feel any better, my NOA1 is September 21. It said Nebraska but apparently has been in Texas the entire time. AR since February 22, and nothing. Personally I don't expect any change until maybe around September.

By my expectation, you will hear something soon! I wouldn't mind waiting so much, since hey at least my wife and I are together. However, we are in China and the situation here is just...not good. Many Chinese nationals have been denied boarding when trying to leave the country and I expect it will only get worse.

The government here is just continuing to exert more control. They haven't been issuing new passports or renewing passports for most citizens for a year or more now.

Depending on your wedding date. You might want to only enter the US after your two year wedding anniversary so you don't have to remove conditions...
