My mom's case is at NVC since 2020 July. Is there any news of any interview scheduled recently in US Embassy Manila Philippines for this category? Her priority date is June 24, 2019 my moms visa is IR5.

 

Is there anybody here the same case as my mom?

7/7/19 priority date here. 

 

We had an expedite approved in November and we scheduled the interview for end of January, but both parents popped for Sputum test at their physical so had to cancel appointment. 

 

Now mom ended up with culture growth so is in the six month treatment, Dad's culture wait period ends next week. 

 

There were more appointments posted a few weeks ago but too early for us. Checking daily but not seeing new ones. Have seen a few people get lucky though.

I tried to expedite it but they ask me for a medical reason and doctor's proof documents.

Oddly enough the only reason we put down was the long delay, first two were denied, third was approved

Yes my mom's case been DQ since July of 2020.
