Do you really know how the process works? This is not being pessimist, is the reality. In 2018 when I did mine took 1 year and 8 months.


Like we said you can’t just “use” the current k1 and just upgrade to a CR1, unfortunately that’s not how works. I thought you knew that before to decide to marry , making your K1 application invalid.

 

Why make you think that our case will be different of the normal processing time of the USCIS? 
 

if you don’t believe us just to to google and write; “USCIS I-130 processing time”.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..
