My I-130 is practically being held back because i'm trying to get evidence we stayed at the same hotels. I booked different hotels together through our stays but expedia only places the titular guest name and then says second guest (so only 1 name shows up on expedia, my wife's). Is there a way i can use this to submit the evidence or I have to have a paper with our names on it and the room number? I was the one that paid so i can wiggle my way into stating i participated. But we don't have clear pictures we stayed at said hotels. I do have my airline reservations but most of my tickets have been trashed. And contacting the hotels the last 2 weeks feels like theyre defensive about giving out thar information.

Luckily, on the trip i got married i was smart enough to keep the plane tickets, and get a copy of the check in signature of the hotel. We got married via Zoom in our hotel room together so at least the consumation is more than obvious. But if i use that? And then send in a bunch of pictures and some chats with just expedia and confirmation e-mails? Or should i wait to see if the hotels reception would hand over the evidence?

I sent my receipts just my name on them (petitioner).  It just shows I was there.  The pictures of course is a great evidence.  I did also send screenshot of zoom recording to show who attended the wedding.  For boarding pass - do you have any digital stashed away (my wallet or pdf)?  You can use that too.  All went well for me.

Digital stashaway? Isn't that some kind of investment? What does that have to do with the boarding pass? I do have the confirmation code though with the e-mails.

Confirmation codes are not evidence of travel.  Really, I'm sure.

Evidence you were in the same country and for how long, is considered evidence you were together.  Receipts that YOU were in their country or they in yours are also evidence of time spent together in person.  Evidence of air travel can be boarding passes or passport stamps.

Photos together are also good but they are secondary evidence.  They aren't looking for "proof beyond reasonable doubt", just plausible evidence.

Have you not travelled by air where you/they scan your phone for your boarding pass?  When I generate my boarding passes, I choose them as PDF and iPhone wallet.

receipts for the hotels? sadly they're always under her name since she's the one that checks in first and checks out. I definitely got a LOT of passport stamps so there's that. The last hotel we stayed in did give me the "state of account"

Then don't worry about the hotels.  You have entry and exit stamps showing you were in country.  Really!  Yes, I'm sure! USCIS and Consular Officers accept that as evidence of being together.  "Evidence" not "proof beyond reasonable doubt" is the standard here.  If you traveled together to a third country, provide stamps from both passports.
