Hi! My fiancé is from Russia and she just left Poland on the last day of her european visa (phew). Visa arrived at the pick up location on the last day of her visa (it was a week long EU visa, best we could get). We got the approved K1 visa but when she got home (back to Russia) we noticed they put her nationality as Polish instead of Russian. We are shocked. Not sure what to do. It is near impossible to go back to Poland (or Europe) for that matter with current events.

How do we fix this? It was unbelievably stressful as is, can't imagine having to go make another european visa and repeating the same process again.

Thank you.

Any takers?

Given the current geopolitical situation I think she should try to enter the USA.  I think she should try to enter via Abu Dhabi as CBP has a ore-clearance station there.
