Hi,

My proof of an ongoing relationship was a big package as well. I went ahead and sent it on 6/29/07. I have not received a NOA1, but the check I sent with my application was cashed, so that is a good sign.

I hope this helps. Also I have been praying so much everyday and asking God that my package would be accepted, and it was !!!!!

It is all about the quality of the evidence and not the quantity... My I-129f petition was less than 25 pieces of paper (8 of which were of the g-325a's). No RFE's and NO questions at the interview... so quantity isn't a determinant on how smooth your process will be...

YMMV

We've been together for almost seven years, lived together for five (although he told the woman at the interview it was three, despite that info being on the G325A in black and white), and it was surprising how little evidence of an ongoing relationship we had compiled. Most of the photos in our album were from over five years ago, with only one or two from more recently, and the agent had no problem with that.

Actually, the bulk of our pictures were from the first few months of our relationship. After a while, the novelty of taking pictures just wears off!
