questions about the K-1 Visa application packet

Hello.  My fiancé and I are in the process of applying for a K-1 visa and putting the packet together.  I've been watching videos about what we need to include but I have a few questions because I want to make sure we have everything correct.

1. For the evidence of how we met, all the videos I have seen the couples met on dating sites so they include the terms of service of the dating site.  My fiancé and I did not meet on a dating site, we met through a mutual friend when I asked about a photo of my fiancé that our friend had on Facebook.  What do I need to include for this.  I saw someone say if we met through a friend we would need signed letters from at least 3 people about it.

2. For the letter of intent to marry, it was mentioned that they need signatures from both of us. Do they have to be actual handwritten signatures or can his be a scan of his signature since he is in another country from me?

3. Do I need to include both of our birth certificates? And for his do I need the actual certificate in his native language?  I have a copy of his but it is a translated to English copy and not the official one in his language.

4.  I am a widow so I'll need to prove that I am single, correct?  What do I need to include for that proof.  Will just a copy of my late husband's death certificate be ok or do I need to get other forms of proof? (I think its called a letter of celibacy?)

5. When filling out the I-129F form where it says to include places you are employed.  I work a full time job but I also for extra income I do DoorDash and Ubereats.  I am not officially employed by DoorDash/Ubereats,  I guess they call it contracted by them.  Do I need to include them since I was  not hired or officially employed by them?

I thank everyone in advance for their time and answers.

1. In the I-129F, provide the dates and places of where you met in the  two years prior to filing I-129F

2. Each of you signs a separate letter.  The alien not in the USA takes an electronic photo of the entire letter and sends it to the citizen.    Citizen  person filing I-129F prints the photo and submits it with the I-129F

3.  The citizen provides a copy of the USA birth certificate. You will need the original at the I-485 interview

4. You need to include a copy of your   husband’s death certificate. And the original at the I-485 interview. You are not required to be celibate.

5. Yes.

an affadvit from friends is not needed and holds little proof to immigration

you need to report all income as was stated on  tax returns  /  not offically hired would mean that is self employment and they should have given u a copy of the same form 1099 MISC they send to IRS and u complete schedule C for this income

This is not a thing in the United States.

Do I need to show any proof on how we met?

No.  You need to show evidence of meeting in person during the immediate preceding two years.

However, for Algeria (MENA = high risk, high fraud), you will want to 'front load' the petition with much more evidence of time spent together (one visit may not be enough), and other culturally relevant things.
